About iME Machining Division
Our machining workshop is the heartbeat of the business where our skilled machinists produce a quality range of high-precision items to service a multitude of customer needs. We have 60 years of experience in machining precision items and regularly have to make a part when they have either been discontinued or are unavailable off the shelf. Working with our project managers we provide design improvements/material upgrades to extend a component's life. We support reactive machining requirements in the South East & now throughout the UK. Our manual machines allow us to respond quickly to breakdowns and minimize downtime.

Our Machining capabilities have an extensive range dependent on what the customer requirements are, typically we can machine anything and everything within reason that the customer can design, whist maintaining high tolerances on all dimensions.

Machining repairs
The machining department is not limited to just new manufacture, at our workshop, we also cover repairs to existing parts such as:
- Re-Sleeving worn bores/bosses
- Machining of damages shafts
- Machining of weld repaired components to high quality finish
- Machining of valve seats for re-sealing

At the iME Supply division we make sourcing of parts very easy.
We are your machining concierge service.
We provide all spare parts for machine and in the event they are not available to buy off the shelf, we can fabricate new parts for you through our iME Fabrication Division.
